What is included in the Camel Milk Starter Pack?
The Starter Pack contains six 8 fl oz bottles of whole, pasteurized camel milk, 48 fl oz total. It is designed for first-time customers who want to try camel milk before purchasing full-size pints. Starter Packs are limited to one package per customer.
What sizes are available for full-size camel milk?
Each full-size bottle contains 16 fl oz. Available pack sizes include six bottles, twelve bottles, and thirty bottles, with one-time, subscription, and prepaid purchase options shown on the product page.
What does camel milk taste like?
Camel milk has a clean, lightly sweet flavor with a subtle mineral or saline finish. It is lighter on the palate than conventional whole cow’s milk and works well served cold, in coffee, in smoothies, and in cooking or baking.
Is camel milk dairy?
Yes. Camel milk is dairy, contains lactose, and is not appropriate for anyone with a diagnosed milk allergy. Individual tolerance varies.
What is added to the milk?
Nothing. The ingredient is whole camel milk.
Fulfillment and Shipping
Where does the camel milk come from?
Our camel milk is sourced, bottled, frozen, and fulfilled through our dairy in Missouri.
How is camel milk shipped?
The milk is shipped frozen in insulated packaging with dry ice or cold packs appropriate to the shipment and destination. It may arrive fully frozen or partially thawed but still safely cold.
When do orders ship?
Camel milk generally ships Monday and Wednesday. Delivery typically takes two to three business days after shipment. Holidays, weather, and carrier disruptions may affect the schedule.
How much does shipping cost?
Carrier-calculated shipping rates are displayed at checkout for orders under $200. Orders of $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
What should I do when the milk arrives?
Transfer fully frozen bottles directly to the freezer. Bottles that are partially thawed but still cold should be moved to the freezer or refrigerator immediately. Fully thawed but refrigerator-cold milk should be refrigerated and consumed within three weeks. Do not refreeze after the milk has fully thawed.
What if the order arrives warm, leaking, or damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours at sales@thearroganthippie.com or 816-406-2400. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. Keep the product and packaging until the issue is resolved.
