One-Time Orders

All one-time orders are final at the time of purchase. We begin processing orders immediately, and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

If your order has not yet shipped and you contact us within 12 hours of purchase, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation — but this is not guaranteed. Email sales@thearroganthippie.com or call 816-406-2400 immediately. Do not wait.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time through your account portal, provided the change is made before your next order processes. We cannot cancel, modify, or refund a subscription order that has already entered fulfillment.
