How We Ship
From Our Freezer to Yours
Your camel milk leaves our facility frozen solid and arrives at your door the same way. Every order is packed with intention so the bioactive proteins, lactoferrin, and vitamin C you are paying for arrive intact. Here is exactly how it works.
How Your Order Is Packed
Every shipment leaves our facility in an insulated box lined with thermal material and packed with dry ice. The dry ice maintains a temperature environment that keeps your milk frozen throughout transit. The outer box is standard shipping cardboard; what is inside is built to hold temperature.
Your order will arrive frozen to cold. Some pints may show signs of partial thaw on the outer surface depending on transit time and season; this is normal and does not affect the product. As long as the milk is still cold to the touch and has not been sitting at room temperature for an extended period, it is safe.
What To Do When Your Order Arrives
Step 1: Open the box promptly. Do not leave it sitting on a porch in summer heat. Retrieve it as soon as it is delivered and open it immediately.
Step 2: Leave one pint in the refrigerator. Pull out one pint to thaw in the fridge overnight. This becomes your first bottle, ready to drink within 24 hours.
Step 3: Freeze everything else. The remaining pints go straight into your freezer. Do not leave them out to thaw on the counter. Move them directly from the shipping box to frozen storage.
Step 4: Thaw only what you need, when you need it. Each time you are ready for a new pint, move it from the freezer to the refrigerator the night before. Thaw slowly in the fridge. Do not thaw on the counter; uneven temperature degrades the milk faster.
Step 5: Once thawed, consume within 3 to 5 days. Thawed camel milk keeps in the refrigerator for three to five days. Do not refreeze a pint once it has been fully thawed.
Storage At a Glance
Freezer: Up to 12 months from the production date. Keep frozen until ready to use.
Refrigerator (thawed): 3 to 5 days. Consume promptly.
Counter: Not recommended. Never thaw at room temperature.
A Note on the Dry Ice
Your box may still contain dry ice when it arrives. Do not touch dry ice with bare hands; use gloves or a towel to handle it. Do not dispose of dry ice in a sealed container or sink. Leave it in a well-ventilated space and it will sublimate on its own within a few hours. It is solid carbon dioxide and completely safe to discard outdoors or in an open trash bin.
Why We Ship This Way
Camel milk is a living food. Its bioactive compounds, the lactoferrin, the immunoglobulins, the native vitamin C, are heat-sensitive. Refrigerated shipping introduces a window of temperature variability over long distances that we are not willing to accept. Flash-frozen at peak freshness and shipped on dry ice is the only method that delivers the product we stand behind.
One ingredient. Nothing added. Arriving exactly as it left.

Can I refreeze a pint that has partially thawed in transit? Yes. If the pint is still cold or partially frozen when it arrives, it is safe to refreeze. Do not refreeze a pint that has been fully thawed and sitting in the refrigerator.
