Returns and Refund Policy
We stand behind everything we make.
We choose quality on purpose - and we expect you to receive it that way. If something arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we will make it right. Full stop.
Perishable Products - Camel Milk
Because our products are perishable and ship frozen, physical returns are not possible - and we wouldn't want you to send them back anyway. What we will do:
- If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or compromised in transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email us at sales@thearroganthippie.com with a photo of the product and packaging, plus a brief description of the issue.
- We will replace your order or issue a full refund.
If your milk arrives partially thawed but still cold (below 40°F), it is safe to refrigerate and consume within the recommended window. When in doubt, reach out. We'll walk you through it.
All sales are final once an order has shipped. Camel milk is produced in small batches and cannot be restocked. Please choose carefully.
Non-Perishable Products (Finishing Salts, Dry Mixes, Apothecary, Home)
Non-perishable items may be returned in unused, original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Items that are not eligible for return: opened products, final sale items, and items damaged by the customer after delivery.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time through your account portal before the next order processes. We do not refund subscription orders that have already shipped.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues
The Arrogant Hippie is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Damaged packages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery - do not discard the product or packaging until the issue is resolved.
