Almond Milk & Coffee Cellulite Scrub

Ingredients
- Phase A (Exfoliant / Active Base)
- ½ cup (50g) Used Fresh Coffee Grounds (Caffeine)
- Phase B (Liquid & Lipid Phase)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL / 30g) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp (30 mL / 28g) Sweet Almond Oil
Method
Instructions
- Measure coffee grounds into a small bowl.
- Add sweet almond oil and almond milk, stirring into a thick, dark scrub paste.
- APPLICATION
- Stand in shower and apply scrub to targeted areas (thighs, hips, buttocks).
- Rub in firm circular upward motions for 3–5 minutes to stimulate surface lymphatic drainage.
- Rinse clean with warm water.
