What you need

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Agar-Agar Powder
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract
  • Fresh Berries, to serve

Method

Instructions

  1. Whisk the almond milk, sugar, and agar-agar powder together in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a full boil, whisking constantly — agar-agar requires a boil to activate, unlike gelatin.
  3. Boil for 2 full minutes, still whisking, then remove from heat and stir in the almond extract.
  4. Divide among ramekins or glasses and let cool at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  5. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, until fully set, and serve with fresh berries.
