Camel Milk Baked Cod
Cod fillets baked in a light camel milk and herb sauce for a simple, elegant weeknight main.

What you need
Ingredients
- 4 Cod Fillets
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Camel Milk
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp Butter, cubed
Method
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Season the cod and place in a baking dish.
- Whisk the camel milk, garlic, and dill together and pour over the fish.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily and is just cooked through.
- Spoon the sauce over the fish when serving.
