Camel Milk Caramel Fudge
A rich, melt-in-your-mouth caramel fudge made with a reduced camel milk base.

What you need
Ingredients
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Camel Milk
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
Method
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment.
- Combine the sugar, camel milk, and butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Clip on a candy thermometer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reaches 235°F (soft-ball stage), about 15 to 18 minutes.
- Remove from heat and beat vigorously with a wooden spoon for 3 to 4 minutes, until the mixture thickens and loses some of its shine.
- Pour into the prepared pan and let set at room temperature at least 3 hours before cutting into squares.
