Camel Milk Turkey Meatballs
Tender turkey meatballs bound with camel milk-soaked breadcrumbs for a lighter, moister bite.

What you need
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Camel Milk
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 Egg
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Method
Instructions
- Soak the breadcrumbs in the camel milk for 5 minutes until fully absorbed.
- Combine the soaked breadcrumbs with the ground turkey, egg, garlic, and Parmesan.
- Season and mix gently until just combined, do not overmix.
- Form into meatballs and bake at 400°F for 18 to 20 minutes, or pan-sear until cooked through.
- Serve with your sauce of choice.
