Flaky Hemp Milk Biscuits

What you need

- 2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Cold Butter, cubed
- 1 cup Cold Unsweetened Hemp Milk
Method
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
- Cut the cold butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs with some pea-sized pieces remaining.
- Pour in the cold hemp milk and stir just until the dough comes together.
- Turn out onto a floured surface, pat to 3/4-inch thickness, fold over on itself twice, cut into rounds, and bake 15 to 18 minutes until golden.
