Fudgy Dark Chocolate Brownies

What you need

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Hemp Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Method

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the sugar, hemp milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into the prepared pan and bake 28 to 32 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
