- 1/2 cup Arborio Rice
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Method
Instructions
- Combine the oat milk, rice, sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan.
- Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low.
- Cook, stirring frequently, for 30 to 35 minutes until the rice is tender and the mixture has thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Serve warm, or chill for a firmer, custard-like texture.
