Oat Milk Chocolate Ice Cream

What you need

  • 2 cups Oat Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method

Instructions

  1. Whisk the oat milk, coconut cream, cocoa powder, and sugar together in a saucepan.
  2. Warm gently over low heat, whisking until the sugar and cocoa fully dissolve, without boiling.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla, and chill the mixture completely, at least 4 hours.
  4. Churn in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before scooping.
