- 2 cups Oat Milk
- 1 Vanilla Bean, split and scraped, or 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Pinch of Salt
Method
Instructions
- Combine the oat milk and vanilla bean (pod and scraped seeds) in a small saucepan.
- Warm gently over low heat for 5 minutes to infuse, without boiling.
- Remove the vanilla pod and stir in the maple syrup and salt.
- Cool completely before transferring to a bottle or jar.
- Shake well before each use, since natural separation is normal.
