Oat Milk Overnight Oats

What you need

- 1.5 cups Oat Milk
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Fresh Fruit, to top
Method
Instructions
- Combine the oat milk, rolled oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a jar or container.
- Stir thoroughly to make sure the chia seeds are evenly distributed and not clumped at the bottom.
- Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight.
- Stir again before serving, loosening with a splash of cold oat milk if the mixture has thickened more than you like.
- Top with fresh fruit just before eating.
