Oat Milk Sweetened Condensed Creamer

Slow-simmered with sugar until reduced by half, this creamer concentrates oat milk's natural sweetness into something genuinely close to traditional condensed milk.

  • 2 cups Oat Milk
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method

Instructions

  1. Combine the oat milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Continue simmering, stirring more frequently as it thickens, for 35 to 40 minutes until reduced by half.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Cool completely before transferring to a jar; it will thicken further as it cools.
