Oat Milk White Chocolate Ganache

Heated oat milk poured over vegan white chocolate chunks makes a glossy, pourable ganache with real body, useful anywhere a dairy-based white chocolate ganache would go.

  • 3/4 cup Oat Milk
  • 8 oz Vegan White Chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method

Instructions

  1. Warm the oat milk in a small saucepan until just steaming, not boiling.
  2. Pour the hot oat milk over the chopped white chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
  3. Let sit undisturbed for 2 minutes to let the chocolate soften.
  4. Whisk gently from the center outward until completely smooth and glossy.
  5. Stir in the vanilla and use warm as a glaze, or chill for a firmer filling.
