Oat Milk White Gravy

  • 2 cups Oat Milk
  • 3 tbsp Vegan Butter
  • 3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper, coarsely ground
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt to taste

Method

Instructions

  1. Melt the vegan butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in the flour and cook for 90 seconds, stirring constantly, to form a light roux.
  3. Slowly whisk in the oat milk, a little at a time, to avoid lumps.
  4. Simmer gently, whisking frequently, for 5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Stir in the black pepper, garlic powder, and salt to taste.
