Method
Instructions
- Combine the oat milk and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl or measuring cup.
- Stir once to combine.
- Let sit undisturbed for 5 to 10 minutes until visibly thickened and slightly curdled.
- Stir gently before using in place of buttermilk in any recipe.
- Use immediately for best texture; it doesn't keep well once curdled.
