Soy Milk Black Sesame Muffins

What you need

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Melted Butter
  • 3 tbsp Black Sesame Paste
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds, to top

Method

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the soy milk, eggs, melted butter, and black sesame paste until smooth.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry just until combined.
  5. Divide among the muffin cups, top with sesame seeds, and bake 20 to 22 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
