Soy Milk Matcha Swirl Loaf

What you need

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 2 tsp Matcha Powder

Method

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the soy milk, eggs, and melted butter, then fold into the dry ingredients.
  4. Divide the batter in half; whisk the matcha powder into one half until evenly colored.
  5. Alternate spoonfuls of plain and matcha batter into the pan, then swirl gently with a knife. Bake 50 to 55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
