- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Chili Oil
- Noodles, for serving
Method
Instructions
- Whisk the peanut butter and soy milk together until smooth, adding the soy milk gradually.
- Whisk in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and chili oil.
- Adjust consistency with an extra splash of soy milk if needed.
- Toss with warm or cold noodles.
- Serve immediately.
