- 1 large Egg
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
- 2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
Method
Instructions
- Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the soy milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, stir just until combined, then fold in the sesame seeds.
- Cook 1/4-cup portions on a lightly greased griddle over medium heat until bubbles form, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Flip and cook 1 to 2 minutes more until golden.
