Soy Milk Sesame Udon Sauce

What you need

  • 12 oz Udon Noodles
  • 3 tbsp Tahini or Sesame Paste
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds, to finish

Method

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package directions; drain.
  2. Whisk the tahini and soy milk together until smooth, adding the soy milk gradually.
  3. Whisk in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic.
  4. Warm the sauce gently in a small saucepan over low heat, 2 to 3 minutes, without boiling.
  5. Toss with the warm noodles and finish with toasted sesame seeds.
