Mint & Coconut Milk Cooling Foot Scrub

What you need

Ingredients

  • Phase A (Exfoliant Phase)
  • ½ cup (100g) Coarse Sea Salt or Epsom Salt
  • Phase B (Liquid & Lipid Phase)
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL / 30g) Full-Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL / 14g) Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
  • Phase C (Active Essential Oil)
  • 5 drops Pure Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha piperita)

Method

Instructions

  1. Place coarse salt into a bowl.
  2. Combine melted coconut oil, full-fat coconut milk, and peppermint essential oil in a small glass beaker.
  3. Pour the liquid phase over the salt and mix well with a spoon.
  4. APPLICATION
  5. Sit over a tub or foot basin. Massage the scrub vigorously over damp feet, soles, and heels for 3–5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
