- Phase A (Exfoliant Phase)
- ½ cup (100g) Coarse Sea Salt or Epsom Salt
- Phase B (Liquid & Lipid Phase)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL / 30g) Full-Fat Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp (15 mL / 14g) Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
- Phase C (Active Essential Oil)
- 5 drops Pure Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha piperita)
Method
Instructions
- Place coarse salt into a bowl.
- Combine melted coconut oil, full-fat coconut milk, and peppermint essential oil in a small glass beaker.
- Pour the liquid phase over the salt and mix well with a spoon.
- APPLICATION
- Sit over a tub or foot basin. Massage the scrub vigorously over damp feet, soles, and heels for 3–5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
