Oat Milk Chamomile Bath Tea
Packaging the dry blend in a muslin "tea bag" rather than pouring it loose into the tub is both a practical drain-safety measure and an infusion technique, hanging it under the running hot tap mimics steeping tea, extracting chamomile and lavender's calming volatile compounds into the bathwater more effectively than simply dropping dry herbs in cold water would.
