Oat Milk Cleansing Bar
This is the oat milk section's answer to the Goat Milk Soap (Section 2, Recipe 13), built the same melt-and-pour way but with rolled oats folded in for gentle texture rather than a pure smooth bar, ideal for delicate skin that still wants a light physical component without a true scrub's intensity.
