- Phase A (Dry Botanical Matrix)
- 1 cup (90g) Whole Oats (Avena sativa), finely ground into colloidal flour
- ½ cup (60g) Oat Milk Powder
- ¼ cup (60g) Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate)
Method
Instructions
- Place whole oats into a high-speed blender or spice grinder and process until reduced to an ultra-fine, velvety colloidal flour.
- In a dry ceramic bowl, sift ground oats and oat milk powder together through a fine mesh strainer to eliminate grit.
- Stir in Epsom salt until uniform.
- Transfer to an airtight jar with a moisture-absorbent seal.
- APPLICATION
- Pour ½ cup of the mix directly under warm running bathwater.
- Swirl water with hands until milk powder dissolves into a silky milky bath. Soak for 20 minutes.
