Oat Milk Overnight Mask
This is designed as a true sleeping mask: light enough to leave on for eight hours without feeling heavy or causing breakouts, but rich enough (thanks to the almond oil finishing layer) to meaningfully slow water loss overnight, when skin does most of its natural repair work.

- Phase A (Hydro-Gel Base)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL / 30g) Liquid Oat Milk
- 1 tbsp (15 mL / 15g) Pure Aloe Vera Gel
- Phase B (Occlusive Lipid)
- 1 tsp (5 mL / 4.5g) Sweet Almond Oil
Method
Instructions
- Combine liquid oat milk and aloe vera gel in a small glass vessel; whisk until gel fully disperses.
- Add sweet almond oil drop-by-drop while whisking continuously to form a light emulsion.
- APPLICATION
- Smooth a thin layer over clean skin as the final step in the night routine. Leave on overnight and rinse off with lukewarm water in the morning.
