What you need

Ingredients

  • Phase A (Soak Phase)
  • 2 cups (480 mL / 480g) Warm Potato Milk
  • ½ cup (120g) Epsom Salt
  • Phase B (Essential Oil)
  • 5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

Method

Instructions

  1. Fill a foot basin with warm water.
  2. Add warm potato milk and Epsom salt; stir until the salt dissolves.
  3. Add peppermint essential oil and mix thoroughly.
  4. APPLICATION
  5. Soak feet for 15–20 minutes.
  6. Follow with a pumice stone on rough callouses, then rinse and dry.
