- Phase A (Soak Phase)
- 2 cups (480 mL / 480g) Warm Potato Milk
- ½ cup (120g) Epsom Salt
- Phase B (Essential Oil)
- 5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
Method
Instructions
- Fill a foot basin with warm water.
- Add warm potato milk and Epsom salt; stir until the salt dissolves.
- Add peppermint essential oil and mix thoroughly.
- APPLICATION
- Soak feet for 15–20 minutes.
- Follow with a pumice stone on rough callouses, then rinse and dry.
