Potato & Soy Milk De-Puffing Eye Pads

This pairs potato's catecholase enzyme activity for dark circle reduction with soy's isoflavones for firming delicate under-eye tissue, a genuine two-active combination that goes beyond the simple cold-compress effect of the pads themselves, distinct from the single-milk Potato Milk De-Puffing Eye Gel (Section 10, Recipe 98).
