Soy Milk & Green Tea Facial Toner

Green tea's polyphenols (particularly EGCG) are well-documented antioxidants with a reputation for calming oily and redness-prone skin, and combining them with soy's isoflavones gives this toner a dual plant-antioxidant profile aimed specifically at combination and oily skin types that don't always get antioxidant-forward formulas elsewhere in this book.
