We ship with intention - because what’s inside the box matters.
All products are packed and shipped from Archie, Missouri. Orders are fulfilled in two separate streams depending on product type. Please read carefully so you know exactly when to expect your delivery.
Camel Milk - The Dairy
Camel milk ships frozen, every Monday and Wednesday. Transit time begins from the date of shipment, not the date your order was placed.
Orders placed after Sunday at midnight will ship the following Wednesday. Orders placed after Tuesday at midnight will ship the following Monday.
All milk is sourced from our partner farm in Miller, Missouri, flash pasteurized, frozen immediately after fill, and packed in insulated coolers with dry ice or ice packs to maintain temperature throughout transit. Bottles are BPA-free and PET. Expect delivery within 2–3 business days of your ship date.
What to Do When Your Order Arrives
Store your milk in the freezer immediately upon arrival. When you’re ready to consume, move one bottle to the refrigerator and allow 24 hours to thaw. Shake well before drinking - separation is completely natural.
• Arrives fully frozen: Transfer to freezer. Shelf life is 9–12 months frozen.
• Arrives partially thawed but still cold: Safe to refrigerate and consume within 3 weeks. You may also refreeze.
• Arrives thawed and warm: Contact us within 24 hours. We will make it right.
Do not thaw using a microwave or hot water bath. Once fully thawed, do not refreeze. Consume refrigerated milk within 3 weeks of thawing.
Dry Products-The Pantry, The Apothecary, The Home
Finishing salts, dry mixes, skincare, and home goods ship within 48 hours of order placement, Monday through Friday, unless the product is listed as pre-order.
Dry product shipping begins May 18, 2025. Pre-orders placed before that date will ship on or after May 18th in the order they were received.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on all orders over $200. Orders under $200 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Shipping Coverage
We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted for perishable orders.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to one business day for tracking information to become active. For carrier-related delivery issues, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged or Missing Orders
Inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged, missing, or compromised, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email a photo of the product and packaging along with a description to sales@thearroganthippie.com or call 816-406-2400. Do not discard the product or packaging until the issue is resolved.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
