What you need

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt

Method

Instructions

  1. Combine the almond milk and sugar in a wide, heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low.
  3. Simmer uncovered for 45 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally at first and more frequently toward the end, until reduced to about 1 1/4 cups and syrupy.
