Camel Milk Caesar Dressing

A rich, umami-forward Caesar dressing built by blending camel milk with garlic, anchovy, and lemon.

  • 1/2 cup Camel Milk
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Anchovy Fillets
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 2/3 cup Olive Oil

Method

Instructions

  1. Combine the camel milk, garlic, anchovy, Dijon, lemon juice, and Parmesan in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. With the blender running on low, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until emulsified.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Refrigerate; use within 5 days.
