Camel Milk Creamed Corn
Fresh corn kernels simmered in camel milk and butter for a rich, simple side dish.

- 4 cups Fresh or Frozen Corn Kernels
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3/4 cup Camel Milk
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Method
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add the corn, cooking 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle in the flour and stir to coat.
- Reduce heat to low and gradually stir in the camel milk.
- Simmer gently 5 to 7 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring often.
- Season and serve warm.
