Camel Milk Lamb Meatballs in Sauce
Spiced lamb meatballs simmered in a camel milk and tomato sauce.

What you need
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Lamb
- 1/3 cup Breadcrumbs, soaked in 1/4 cup Camel Milk
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1 Egg
- 2 cups Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup Camel Milk
- Fresh Mint, to finish
Method
Instructions
- Combine the ground lamb, soaked breadcrumbs, cumin, coriander, and egg. Mix gently and form into meatballs.
- Sear the meatballs in a hot pan until browned on all sides; they don't need to be fully cooked through yet.
- Add the tomato sauce, bring to a simmer, and cook 15 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Remove from direct heat and stir in the camel milk.
- Warm gently and finish with fresh mint.
