Camel Milk Meatloaf
A tender, moist meatloaf using camel milk-soaked breadcrumbs for a genuinely soft crumb.

What you need
Ingredients
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Camel Milk
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, finely diced
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Ketchup, divided
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Method
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Soak the breadcrumbs in the camel milk for 5 minutes.
- Combine the soaked breadcrumbs with the ground beef, onion, eggs, half the ketchup, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined and shape into a loaf in a baking dish.
- Brush the top with the remaining ketchup.
- Bake 55 to 65 minutes, until a thermometer reads 160°F.
