Camel Milk Salisbury Steak
Seasoned beef patties in a rich camel milk and mushroom gravy.

What you need
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/3 cup Breadcrumbs, soaked in 1/4 cup Camel Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 batch Camel Milk Mushroom Gravy (see Sauces chapter)
Method
Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, egg, and Worcestershire. Mix gently and form into oval patties.
- Sear the patties in butter over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side; set aside.
- Sauté the mushrooms in the same pan.
- Prepare the camel milk mushroom gravy in the same pan, incorporating the sautéed mushrooms.
- Return the patties to the gravy to warm through and serve.
